Thanks for your interest in promoting your event on VisitClarksvilleTN.com. Our goal is to provide information for visitors on fun things to do while traveling to Clarksville. Visit Clarksville reserves the right to determine eligibility for inclusion on VisitClarksvilleTN.com based on the appeal of the event to attract day trips and overnight visitors. We reserve the right to decline event submissions that do not align with our mission to promote the county as a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful destination. Please read the following guidelines before submitting your event.

Submission Guidelines
  • Only events within Montgomery County, TN will be considered for inclusion. 
  • Events should be of interest to the traveling public and open to the general public.
  • Submissions must include a clear event description, location, date/time and image.
  • Fundraisers will not be considered for inclusion unless they have the potential to draw tourists to Clarksville, TN. This is at the discretion of Visit Clarksville.
Photo Guidelines
  • The main event photo MUST be horizontal and AT LEAST 940 pixels wide. Additional photos may be either horizontal or vertical.
  • Photos should be clear and of good quality.
  • Flyers are NOT accepted as an event image. 
  • Only submit photos that you have rights to share and publish.
  • Visit Clarksville may substitute any photos that do not meet these criteria.
