Girlfriends Getaway
Day One:
Start your day at The Sol Press with fresh juices for energy that will power you through an active day!
You can spend several hours walking around the 200+ booths at Miss Lucille’s Marketplace where you’ll find boutique, antique, upcycled, restored, handmade and new.
Treat yourself to a sharable tier of savory and sweet deliciousness at The Mad Herbalist or the fresh deliciousness at Gingham Cafe.
Pamper yourself with a luxurious afternoon massage or mani/pedi at Isabella Sophia Downtown Salon, or re-energize with a walk or bike on the Clarksville Greenway.
Tour and sample some award-winning varieties at Beachaven Vineyards & Winery. In summer months, stick around for live music – always free and always fun. Or head back downtown to Tina Brown’s Underground Lounge.
Day Two:
Try a lite and fresh breakfast at Hot Pita or order ahead to pick up fresh-baked macarons from Thistle Sweets then enjoy all the downtown shops like Couture Crush, Journey’s Eye Studio and Hudubam Booktraders… and so many more. (You’ll also meet some fun and passionate shop owners.)
If you’re visiting from Memorial Day Weekend through mid-October, you’ll also want to wander through Downtown Market’s menagerie of finds.
You can’t leave Clarksville without taking a few mural selfies. See a complete listing of public art pieces here.
Enjoy lunch at Fanelli's Deli and browse the shops at The City Market.
Book an afternoon at Nailed It DIY and build and paint your own treasures or discover local artists' creations at the Downtown Artists Co-Op.
Enjoy dinner at Kohana Sushi & Ramen for a loaded menu of beautifully presented fine Japanese cuisine. Then experiment with specially-crafted cocktails at Yada on Franklin.
