Clarksville, TN – Regan Ringler, Miss Downtown Nashville, was crowned Miss Tennessee USA 2023 Saturday evening at Austin Peay State University. Blye Allen, Miss Marble City, was crowned Miss Tennessee Teen USA 2023. Both titleholders will represent Tennessee at the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants in 2023.

“This was a special year for the Miss Tennessee USA and Miss Tennessee Teen USA pageants,” said Theresa Harrington, Executive Director of Visit Clarksville. “Clarksville and Austin Peay State University were honored to host current and former titleholders as they celebrated Greenwood Productions’ 30th year of hosting the pageants.”

Rounding out the top five finalists among the 49 contestants in the Miss Tennessee pageant were:

  • Emma Conn, Miss Nashville – First Runner Up
  • Christell Foote, Miss Historic Franklin – Second Runner Up
  • Madison Kunst, Miss Madison County – Third Runner Up
  • Alexis Sanders, Miss Mid-South – Fourth Runner Up

The outgoing Miss Tennessee USA, Emily Suttle, works as a Registered Dietitian for Vanderbilt University where she provides students and staff with education and resources promoting personal health through a balanced relationship with food. Emily is passionate about mental health and has focused on increasing awareness of this important topic throughout her year as Miss Tennessee USA.

Other finalists among the 26 contestants in the Miss Tennessee Teen competition include:

  • Ruthie Richey, Miss Memphis – First Runner Up
  • Grace Sparkman, Miss McMinnville – Second Runner Up
  • Anna Gagliano, Miss Collierville – Third Runner Up
  • Sophia Mendoza, Miss Belle Meade – Fourth Runner Up

Outgoing Miss Tennessee Teen USA, McKinley Farese, is a high school senior and honors student at St. George’s Independent School. Upon her high school graduation, McKinley will be attending the University of Mississippi with an academic scholarship where she will be majoring in Integrated Marketing Communications. During her reign as Miss Tennessee Teen USA, McKinley showed her passion for empowering youth by speaking to thousands of school-aged children throughout the state about the importance of kindness and inclusion.

Judges for the 2023 event include Tre’Vaughn Cooper, IT professional and former reality television star; Jena Sims, Founder and President of HBBQ’s Inc.; Dr. Larkin Page, professor at Xavier University of Louisiana; Megan Alexander, Emmy-nominated national television host and author; and Jeffrey Umberger, ACM Talent voiceover talent manager.
