Two Ways to Park

Welcome to Downtown Clarksville! To make your visit as convenient as possible, we offer various parking options. You can use coins at on-street meters or pay with Visa and Mastercard via the ParkMobile app. For added convenience, simply scan the ParkMobile QR sticker on each meter. ParkMobile rates are similar to on-street rates, with a small $0.35 convenience fee.

Meters and garages are enforced Tuesday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, but parking is free after 5 PM, on weekends, and City Observed Holidays. Plus, enjoy free parking at metered spots every Monday. 

Parking Garage

The new parking garage located at Commerce and 1st Street that accommodates 587 vehicles also accepts the ParkMobile app. The garage may be entered from Commerce Street. A pedestrian bridge, located on the second floor, connects the parking garage to Franklin Street at the Roxy Theatre.

Please note that the lower level of the new garage will be permanently reserved for Public Safety vehicles, and will be labeled, “Emergency Vehicles Only.”

Kiosk pay stations are conveniently located in the surface lot outside of the historic courthouse located at 2nd and Commerce Street. ParkMobile app is an option at this location is also.
