Clarksville Then and Now Trail

Clarksville “Then and Now” offers visitors views of what Clarksville’s downtown buildings looked like 50-100 years ago. Project panels located on historic buildings throughout downtown will also share some of the stories of the businesses that have occupied these buildings over the years – everything from groceries to furniture, clothing to fountain drinks. 

Visitors can use their camera app on their phone to scan the QR code on each panel to learn more about the buildings.

Clarksville Then and Now is a project of the Clarksville/Montgomery County Arts and Heritage Development Council, spearheaded by Board Member David Smith.
