Brandon Hill Youth Heritage Garden

In this historic African-American community with a community garden, neighborhood children garden and raise vegetables and fruits with parents and grandparents in vacated, residential lots with a total of 3,000 square feet. The community raises a variety of vegetables and fruits to cultivate awareness about African-American food and heritage. Cooking is also prepared on location for some events.
