Professional motocross racing returns to downtown Clarksville October 16–17, 2026, as Visit Clarksville presents the opening stop of the AMA Partzilla Regional Arenacross Series. The nationally televised competition will bring top regional riders, amateur competitors and motorsports fans to F&M Bank Arena in downtown Clarksville for two days of racing, with an estimated $871,000 in visitor spending to benefit the local economy.

The event will transform F&M Bank Arena into a professional indoor motocross venue, with more than 170 dump truck loads of dirt brought in to create a challenging racecourse featuring tight turns, technical obstacles and high-flying jumps.

The two-day competition will feature amateur racing during daytime sessions, giving regional riders an opportunity to compete on a professional-grade track. Evening sessions will showcase professional competitors battling for top finishes as they navigate the course's demanding jumps, turns and rhythm sections.

Unlike traditional outdoor motocross events, Arenacross brings the action into an intimate indoor setting, giving spectators close-up views of the competition. The climate-controlled arena, comfortable seating and excellent sightlines make the event an accessible, family-friendly experience for long-time racing enthusiasts and first-time spectators alike.

Beyond the excitement of the competition, the event is expected to deliver significant economic benefits to Clarksville-Montgomery County. Visitor spending of $871,000 over the weekend creates over $55,000 in local and state sales tax.

“Major sporting events like the Arenacross Series are wins for our entire community,” said Visit Clarksville Board Chair Patricia Allende. “The benefits reach far beyond the arena, bringing new customers to our hotels, restaurants, shops and other local businesses. Each successful event strengthens Clarksville’s reputation as a premier sports tourism destination and creates more opportunities to attract high-profile competitions that generate meaningful economic impact.”

As the opening stop of the AMA Partzilla Regional Arenacross Series, Clarksville will also receive national exposure through televised coverage of the competition. The broadcast will showcase the city's ability to host major sporting events while introducing Clarksville to motorsports audiences across the country.

Tickets for the AMA Partzilla Regional Arenacross Series, October 16–17, begin at $20 and are available through Ticketmaster.
