Tennessee's first licensed meadery, this family-owned business experimented until they arrived at the perfect combination of honey, water, and yeast. (Think wine, but with honey instead of grapes.) Their first successful batch won a gold medal from the Tennessee Viticultural and Oenological Society. Every bottle they produce draws from family heritage, and they are proud to be able to share it. Visit their website to read about the history of mead, the family story, recipes and cocktails, or to shop.
Their current operating hours are Thursdays and Fridays 3-11, Saturdays 11-11 and Sundays 11-5.
