Trazo Meadery

Tennessee's first licensed meadery, this family-owned business experimented until they arrived at the perfect combination of honey, water, and yeast. (Think wine, but with honey instead of grapes.) Their first successful batch won a gold medal from the Tennessee Viticultural and Oenological Society. Every bottle they produce draws from family heritage, and they are proud to be able to share it.
