Join Montgomery County Parks and Recreation at Rotary Park for their third annual Fall Festival from 11 am to 3 pm, sponsored by Fortera Credit Union. This family-friendly event will include pumpkin painting, trick-or-treating, Halloween crafts, interacting with creepy crawlers, and much more! Food trucks will be on-site and costumes are encouraged. This event is free and open to the public.
